What is EC technology?
Electronically Commutated (EC) fan is a fan with a permanent magnet motor. EC motors are more efficient than AC motors. EC fans with integrated commutation electronics offer a high efficiency across entire speed range, optimum noise characteristics with minimum installation complexity and overall unmatched cost-effectiveness.
EC upgrade?
By simply switching the current fans to variable EC fans in chillers, AHUs and FCUs, we do not need a complete retrofit or replacement of a system to maximize performance, reduce energy consumption and maintenance costs. Lower energy consumption, better efficiency, lesser noise can be achieved with EC fans.
